1.3 FORCE MAJEURE: We aren't responsible for delays caused by atmospheric conditions, civil unrest, or infrastructure failure beyond our direct control.
1.4 CARGO CLAIMS: Any discrepancy in delivery must be reported to our dispatch within 24 hours of arrival.
